By participating in the ZaarHub Loyalty Program ("Program"), you agree to these Participant Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
Open to individuals 18+ with a valid account. One account per person. Employees of SwiftSoftware and its affiliates may participate but are subject to additional restrictions.
Participants earn credits by: (a) scanning the QR code at participating merchants and verifying a purchase, (b) referring new participants who join the Program, (c) participating in promotional campaigns. Credits are awarded at the rate set by each merchant. No cash value. Credits never expire as long as the account remains active.
Credits can be redeemed for rewards, vouchers, or discounts offered by participating merchants. Redemption is subject to offer terms (minimum credits, expiration, caps). All redemptions are final — no returns, exchanges, or cash refunds for redeemed credits.
When a merchant scans your QR code and you verify a purchase amount, you authorize that merchant to view your name and participant ID for verification purposes. You must present your QR code or account identifier at time of purchase. Credits are awarded after successful verification.
You may share your referral code. You earn credits when a new participant signs up through your code and completes their first purchase verification. Fraudulent or self-referral activity will result in forfeiture of credits and account termination.
You may not: manipulate or abuse the Program mechanics, create multiple accounts, use bots or automated scripts, resell credits or rewards, engage in fraudulent purchase verification, or violate any applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account access.
Personal data collected through the Program is governed by the ZaarHub Privacy Policy. Purchase verification data is shared with the merchant only for Program purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these terms at any time with 30 days' notice. We may terminate or suspend your participation immediately for violations. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless prohibited by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SwiftSoftware, ZaarHub, and participating merchants are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Total liability is limited to the value of unredeemed credits in your account at the time of the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

By enrolling as a Merchant in the ZaarHub Loyalty Program, you agree to these Merchant Terms. "Merchant" means the business entity that owns the enrolled account.
You must have a valid ZaarHub Business account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may set your credit rate (credits earned per $1 spent, minimum 1, maximum 1,000), which applies to all purchase verifications at your business.
When a Participant presents their QR code, you must: (a) scan or enter the participant's ID, (b) verify the purchase amount in good faith, (c) accept the Program's automated credit award. You may not verify false purchases, inflate amounts, or collude with participants. Fraudulent verification is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all fees.
You may create offers (time-limited or standing) that participants can redeem credits against. Offers must: represent genuine value, not exceed the discount cap you set, be honored when presented. You may deactivate offers at any time, but must honor redemptions initiated before deactivation.
Merchant pricing is governed by your separate Subscription Agreement. No per-transaction fees for purchase verifications. Redemption payouts (if any) are governed by your specific offer terms. We reserve the right to adjust Program economics with 30 days' notice.
You may access participant names and verification records solely for Program operations. You may not use this data for marketing, resale, or any purpose beyond the Program. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws.
You may display the "ZaarHub Loyalty" badge at your location and in your marketing. You may not imply endorsement or partnership beyond the Program. We may use your business name and logo in Program materials.
You may not: discriminate against participants based on their Program participation, impose surcharges on Program transactions, manipulate credit rates or offers to evade Program rules, engage in any activity that harms Program integrity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftSoftware, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims arising from: your breach of these terms, your violation of law, your fraudulent verification, or your misuse of participant data.
We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for breach, fraud, or illegal activity. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, outstanding offers are deactivated. Accrued participant credits earned at your business remain valid for 90 days post-termination.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SwiftSoftware's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Same as Participant Terms — Delaware law, Delaware courts.

By enrolling as a Supplier ("you") in the ZaarHub Loyalty Program, you agree to these Supplier Terms. "Supplier" means an entity that provides rewards, vouchers, products, or services that participants can redeem using their credits.
Suppliers must have a valid ZaarHub Supplier account. You represent that you have the legal authority to offer the rewards, products, or services you list in the Program.
You may list rewards that participants can redeem. Each listing must include: name, description, credit cost, terms (expiration, quantity limits, geographic restrictions). You must honor redemptions at the listed credit cost until you deactivate or update the listing. You may not list illegal, counterfeit, or misrepresented items.
Upon a participant's redemption: you must fulfill within the timeframe stated in your listing (default: 14 business days). Failure to fulfill is grounds for removal from the Program. Participants may contact support if fulfillment is not completed.
Supplier pricing is governed by your separate Subscription Agreement. Settlement of credit values is handled per your agreement. We may deduct platform fees from settlements as specified.
You must maintain reasonable quality standards for all rewards, products, and services. Participants are entitled to remedies consistent with standard return/exchange policies in your industry. We may remove listings that generate excessive complaints.
You may not: list rewards that you cannot or will not fulfill, misrepresent the value or nature of rewards, discriminate against participants, use the Program to collect participant data for unrelated purposes.
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for breach. You may terminate with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, outstanding unfulfilled redemptions must still be fulfilled.
Same structure as Merchant Terms — indemnification for breach/misrepresentation. Liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months. No consequential damages.

These Administrator Terms apply to SwiftSoftware administrators, ZaarHub administrators, and any individual granted admin-level access to the Program backend ("Admin").
Admin accounts are granted at the discretion of SwiftSoftware. You may only access systems and data necessary for your admin function. You must maintain confidentiality of admin credentials. Multi-factor authentication is required.
As an Admin, you may: view and manage tenant accounts (merchants, suppliers, participants), adjust tenant configurations when authorized, assist with account recovery and support, monitor Program activity for fraud and abuse.
You may access all Program data necessary for your role, including: participant personal information (email, name, account history), merchant transaction records, credit balances and redemption history, referral network data. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and internal data handling policies.
You must: access only the minimum data needed, never share or export data except for authorized Program operations, never access your own personal account through admin tools for personal benefit, report any data breach or security incident immediately.
You are responsible for: reviewing flagged transactions for fraud, responding to support tickets within SLAs, maintaining system integrity, escalating security issues. You must document any manual adjustments (credit corrections, account modifications) with a clear audit trail.
You may not: use admin access for personal financial gain, grant yourself or others unauthorized credits, modify transaction records without proper authorization, access accounts of known individuals for personal reasons, bypass Program rules for favored accounts.
You must disclose any relationship with a tenant (merchant or supplier) that could create a conflict. You may not administer your own account or accounts of immediate family members.
All admin actions are logged and subject to audit. We may review any admin action without notice. Violations of these terms are grounds for immediate revocation of admin access, termination of employment/contract, and legal action.
You are personally accountable for your actions under these terms. SwiftSoftware reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Admin access is a privilege, not a right — revocable at any time for any reason.
